we have two of the LG Washer Dryer combo units and both are not drying. They are less than two years old, we have tried to dry just two shirts and they come out wet, we have not noticed water in the drum. we are just short of calling out the service tech, any ideas? they are ventless and do not have a removable condenser cell like the GE ventless. I know there has to be something to check/clean, we just are not familiar with these. Any ideas?

the lint trap on below front of the unit can not be relied upon to remove all the lint. Remove the back and top covers and remove white plastic piece which carries the steam condensate water. This can become clogged with lint which reduces the flow.
