If I try to use the cooktop without first preheating the oven, the burners will not heat. I have tried this several times, because it seems insane. When the oven gets to 350 degrees, the burners will heat. In addition, they work for an hour or so after turning the oven off, but then quit working until I re-preheat. If I turn the burners on without preheating the oven first, the control panel displays the heat setting, but nothing else happens.

I mean really, what the ??????
