frig. crisper side freezing foods, had repairman out ,he said it was damper causing ,problem ,had to order, but he would never return calls ,when we tried to contact him, so decided to repair myself, ordered part which came the next day...installed new damper door and motor, still having same problem damper door stays open continuless, heres my question, on this damper there is two switches, but there is only conections for one switch in the refrigerator, i dont know if the service guy removed something or not when he was here , does both these switches need connections, looking at wiring schmatic it looks like the manufactorer is showing jumpers , it would be very hard to add jumpers because of lack of space. could this be the problem ,or can someone please give me some idea whats happening with this thing, i've been thinking it could be in the thermastat, how could i check that
