Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/22/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		We recently moved and the Fridge and Freezer have not been cooling. The fridge won't get cooler than 41 degrees and the freezer won't get cooler than 15 degrees. I tried a control diagnostics test that I found on one forum (Arctica with dual evaporator trouibleshooting.doc) given by Gene. We did this and seemed to fix our temps for 2 days, now it's back to not working again. HELP! Thanks, Janay

Remove the refrigerator back panel and clean the condenser coils. Wait about 24 hours after it;s cleaned and check the temperatures. If it's already cleaned then remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how is the evaporator covered with snow. Post the results.
