We recently moved and the Fridge and Freezer have not been cooling. The fridge won't get cooler than 41 degrees and the freezer won't get cooler than 15 degrees. I tried a control diagnostics test that I found on one forum (Arctica with dual evaporator trouibleshooting.doc) given by Gene. We did this and seemed to fix our temps for 2 days, now it's back to not working again. HELP!
Thanks,
Janay

One more note, I can hear the fridge fans running. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

There is only one evaporator in your refrigerator which is located in the freezer, behind the rear panel.

Remove the refrigerator back panel and clean the condenser coils. Wait about 24 hours after it;s cleaned and check the temperatures.

If it's already cleaned then remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how is the evaporator covered with snow. Post the results.
