Refrigerator has Clogged Lines... I just moved into a new house and there was a refrigerator there it is a Maytag in good condition it runs but wont cool. I had a repair man come look at it and he says that the Freon Lines are clogged so it wont cool. The compressor is good. He said keep it running and it may start working. Is there any tips or tricks i can do to try and get it working? how can i help try and clear the lines

thanks

You cannot clear clogged lines.
At least I do not know how to do this.

If the compressor is running (you can usually hear it but also should be able to feel it vibrating) and you are getting no cooling then you have a sealed system problem and it will be an expensive repair. Often it makes more sense to put the dollars towards a new unit.

I would not let it run very long trying to get the lines to clear as it is costing you money for electricity.
