Top unit of double oven not heating. Bottom unit works fine. Display panel not showing error codes, display functions fine, shows oven coming on, relays click and switch between bake and broil elements, never gets above 100 degrees (base level) on display.
I suspect it is the thermal fuse for the upper unit. Just wanted to get an opinion on that before pulling unit out of cabinet and checking continuity. Would replace fuse at that time as unit weighs about 300 pounds and I wouldn't want to have to pull it out more than once.
I see the part number as 318004902 on your site, is that correct?
