I have a customer that reports dishwasher leaks intermittently. I checked underneath machine and found it dry and dusty, checked hoses, etc while running through cycle and could not find any leak.

It may be from door but seals all are in good shape.

Any suggestions?

Do they have an item that they only wash once in a while.

My idea here is that they are placing it in the dishwasher in a position that is deflecting the water in such a way that it causes a leak.
