This is a "stack-able" unit with front panel controls. Tenant called and reported that dryer stopped working just a few seconds into the cycle, the drum made less than 1 turn. Drove over and checked circuit breaker (OK), outlet (approx. 240V, OK), and removed the small access panel and inspected the terminal block inside (OK). There is no sign of life coming from the dryer with all displays dark. Will go back early tomorrow and take back panel off to check thermal switch and other suspects according to general trouble shooting guide. I have never worked on a Frigidaire appliance, anything unique that I should be aware of? Yes, I am aware of the danger when working with 220V appliance. Many Thanks!

Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram
Parts for Frigidaire BAQE7073KW0 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

Unfortunately I cannot find a better copy of the wiring diagram.

Nothing special about the dryer.
If you click on a part's picture or description a new page will open with more info on it which may be helpful to you.

You said you checked the 240 but did you check the 120.
The control board and motor run off of 120 (L1 to Neutral).

Also if the outlet thermal limiter is open be sure to check/clean the vent system as that is the most common cause of it blowing.
