I used the cleaning feature on the upper oven last night. It completed the cleaning but the oven is now completely dead. The circuit breaker is not an issue. I have seen references to other people who have had similar problems on other ovens and were able to fix the problem with replacement of a thermal fuse. Hoping that is the case with mine. If so, I want to make sure I get the right part.

I am assuming you mean that both ovens are down.

Odds are that the fuse for the board's power blew.
It is a small inline fuse by the control board.

Thanks for the reply. What is the part number for the thermal fuse in the wire harness? I can only find the part number for the thermal fuse located in the back of the oven which is different from the one I need. Thanks.

I was able to find a thermal fuse for the wire harness. Once the new fuse was installed, I have power to the oven. However, I now have an error message on the display of F2 E1. According to the tech sheet, first you are to check all connections. They are all connected. It then says to press CANCEL. However, there is no cancel button on the control pad. The next step listed is replace control. Is that the computer board for the control panel?

The above is from the operators manual.
So I would say UPPER OFF or LOWER OFF is the same as cancel.

I get F2E1 as a key tail connection problem.
This points towards the control panel (keypad) as the most likely problem.
It could also be the control board but the keypad is more likely.

If cancel does not clear the error I would try the following before replacing anything.

Connector Cleaning / Checking
Unplug the unit or shut the breakers off.
Open it up
Remove the ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board at the control board.
Clean the edge connector. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
Would not hurt to clean the connector on the board. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.
