I have a stacked combo unit (I guess the call them Laundry Centers) that is giving me problems. When I run the dryer it will run for a short period of time and then trip the circuit breaker. I ran it on low temp. setting and I could feel heat in the drum. I also noticed that the circuit breaker was getting warm to the touch as well. This unit is in a rental unit of mine and the tenant stated that on the high temp setting it trips in about 2 minutes and the breaker gets really warm. I am assuming that it is either the heating element open to ground or the high thermostat is faulty. The accessibility with this machine is limited. I would prefer to be proactive and replace multiple parts to keep me from having to disrupt my tenant with future repairs. Any recommendations on parts to replace. Thanks,

I just replaced the heating coil, thermal limiter and the high level thermostat. Put everything back together, and ran the machine and it is still tripping the breaker (the breaker is still getting warm to the touch). I am going to replace the breaker but am hopefull/doubtful that will remedy the problem. The panel and the breaker are only about 5 years old. I realize they can go bad which is why I will try and replace it. I am open for any suggestions. Thanks
