I need to replace the relay board in a Maytag MCG8000AWW dryer cabinet. I know I need to remove the drum, but I need to get the belt off the idler pulley. I have the front panel off and you can't reach the idler pulley from there. Is there an access panel in the back that I can take off so I can reach it? I greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.

I registered with appliancejunk.com and activated the account, but it won't let me download the manual. Every time I link to http://appliancejunk.com...&id=336;t=1416044669 I get a message telling me I need to register or log in to download the manual. I get this even if I’m logged in when I link. If I log in from that page, I can't get back to the manual.

Try going to the home page of appliancejunk and login.
Then open the link in another tab and try downloading it.

Thanks very much! I got the file and it's the Maytag service manual, exactly what I was looking for. It showed me how to replace the relay board without removing the drum. I did it and the dryer now works perfectly. Mission accomplished! Thanks again.
