One of the burners with the XLO feature will shut down on its own after a few minutes (not necessarily in the XLO mode) and then it will attempt to re-ignite but there is no gas. Switched the potentiometers, no change. Don't know what part to change, the re-igniter or the gas simmer controller. The other burners work fine including the second XLO burner. Seems like an easy fix, just don't want to waste money on these expensive parts.
Thanks

I have had the same issue; RF burner works okay for a few minutes, then shuts off. Ignighter sparks but gas valve doesn't open. Ran through the troubleshooting flow chart and it pointed to simmer controller and potentiometers. Replaced with part 497236 and it does the same thing! Any help would be appreciated.
