About 2 months ago the washers started to walk across the floor and make a slight high pitched squeak. After a ton of googling I bought replacement tub wear pads and suspension pads. The tub wear pads were pretty badly worn and one of the suspension pads had a grove in it. Put it all back together and it ran perfectly for about 2-3 weeks.

Had a stretch were both my kids and my wife had some sort of stomach bug and we ran a TON of laundry in one week and I noticed the washer shaking and moving again.

I haven't opened it back up but I did look underneath with a flashlight and I didn't see a large pile of plastic dust like I was afraid I'd see but I'm not sure if there would be something underneath that would keep that off the floor.

Should I have also replaced the springs? They "seemed" alright. Is there another part I need to check or replace? Anything else I can wiggle, tap, or duct tape in place to get this beast to quit shaking?

You should thoroughly clean the metal surfaces that are in contact with the suspension pads. This would be the underside of the suspension plate (skate plate) and the underside of the tub support. These areas can get gummed up and cause too much friction with the pads. These areas should be clean and smooth so the tub support and skate plate can freely move around on the pads.
