hi, when i start a load, it will skip the fill process and go into agitator mode and stay there. i can put it into drain and spin mode but it will get stuck draining and never spin.
it seems like the washer thinks its always full of water therefore skipping to agitator mode and getting stuck on agitator mode. also explains why when i put it into Quick Rinse or Drain and Spin, it doesnt fill or spin and gets stuck on draining.
i read i might have a faulty switch pressure so i check the tube and its not clogged. the air dome does seem a bit dirty but not sure how to clean it since it wont open. i tried using a straw to blow in it but it didnt do anything. i tried resetting the motor by opening the lid 6 times but that didnt help.
do i need to replace the switch pressure?

Check the switch. Should be normally closed. Opens when low level is reached. Other levels are based on timing of the control board after low level is reached.
