While cleaning the upper oven, all power went out. The wall ckt breaker is fine and there is power to the unit.
Checked and found the overload fuse blown. This is the glass fuse behind the control panel. Jumpered out and all lights come on. However, neither the upper or lower oven would heat. I know that I have to get this fuse that is available from your web site.
It appears that the control board is working fine.

Any other ideas?.

Its difficult to remove the oven from the wall so any ideas you have to troubleshoot as well as parts needed would be appreciated.

Also need to replace the oven door hinges but cannot find on your website.

Thanks

Here are your parts

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Do the oven lights work?

When you say "all power went out" was this just power to the unit or the whole house?

Have you tried turning the breakers off to the unit and then back on?
Note: it should be a dual ganged breaker.

How do you know it has power?
Did you measure it with a meter and if so do you get 240 volts at the unit?

Den Man,
Thanks. When I jumpered out the thermal fuse, the oven lights come on, the fans work and I can program the front panel. Hence, my reason for inferring that the control board is functional. However, the elements, when programmed through the front panel would show the set temperature but do not heat.
I measured 240V at the input with a DVM. The whole house ckt breaker did not trip. In fact when the oven went out, the oven ckt breaker did not trip. I turned it off for at least 30 minutes to reset the oven, but it sill does not power up.
Your sending the ckt diagram would help and would appreciate any other recommendations.
