My mother is having issues with her washer and I'm at a loss of what to do here. It is currently filled with water. After it filled up, it stopped due to something with her electricity. Were not sure what the problem with the outlet is, but we ran an extension cord from a tested and working outlet to the washer and it still will not turn on. She has messed with the knobs since it stopped so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. I will post a picture of the washer below since I don't know the model number. Keep in mind it is currently filled with water and I'm unsure how to drain it. Can't do too much as far as looking at the back to find a model number. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry for my complete lack of actual description. I'm not that great with repairs like this, just trying to help her out. Hoping it is a simple fix.

EDIT- Can't upload a picture. Doesn't work the same way as other forums Ive been on.

EDIT again - I should add that since I dont have the model number it is a bit older. Standard white washing machine, top loading, no LED lights or digital displays. Pretty simple. Knobs for load size, water temp, and then the actual wash cycle desired.

Model number is probably under lid somewhere. What if you place timer directly to drain/spin with lid closed? Doesn't work there either? You can drain by removing drain hose from standpipe, placing end into bucket and lower both together.

Back with the model number. Also drained the machine with a hose so I can get to the back. Still not getting power from an outlet I know is working.
