Refrigerator does not cool at all. I think compressor is running, it definitely gets warm to the touch. All fans appear to be turning.
Cleaned out everything, still not cooling. Wasn't that dusty.
Testing compressor, I'm getting resistance readings of:
Start and Main - 14 ohms
Start and Common - 9 ohms
Main and Common - 6.3 to 9 ohms (jumps around).
Compressor ok? I keep reading on web different numbers telling good/bad ?
If not compressor, then what to check next?

Double check that the compressor is on.
You can usually hear it but should also be able to feel it vibrating.
If it is on and there is no frost on the evaporator/freezer coils then it is a sealed system problem. This will be an expensive repair as you need a pro. Often it makes more sense to put the dollars towards a new unit.
I am assuming that the compressor is always on except when the unit goes through a defrost cycle.
Note that I also could not find any info on what the compressor's winding resistances should be. |

Well, the compressor is definitely running. I put a towel in the fan and plugged it back in, I can hear it and could feel it vibrating.
Odd thing, maybe a clue..a microwave oven near the fridge no longer heats anything this morning? The fridge and microwave are on different circuits, and no breakers are tripping but I can't believe this is a coincidence. And, a control panel on a dishwasher failed last month. Again, a different circuit but still. Am I just incredibly unlucky? All three appliances were bought in the same year, maybe 8 years ago.
I've ran a burly extension cable from a plug in a different room to the fridge. I opened up a panel inside to expose the evaporator coils and have it plugged it. Coils are starting to frost up at one end, we'll see in a few hours.

I have a Kenmore Refrigerator & freezer not cooling. Its 12 years old and I blow out the coils yearly. the fan in the lower back is running. But the unit does not get cold.

I think it's time for a new fridge. Compressor is running, no cooling, frost on evaporator coils covers only about 10% (with panel replaced). Too bad.
