I have a 1940s Era refrigerator I don't know the model number, but I was able to remove the thermostat and the part number is 9948867. I looking to either replace or repair. I've been trying to figure this out for a while but I've had no luck, so I need help, this is a great frig and I want to save it.

Install a ambient control, part #303-505, comes with instructions.
