I need to check freon level/pressure on my 20-year old GE Monogram built-in. However the charging port has an orifice with a female thread that apparently takes an adapter to hook up to standard AC Pressure gauges. I have looked locally for this adapter, but none of the appliance parts stores carry this adapter. Can anyone tell me where to find this elusive adapter?

Clean a section of the 6/16 tubing from the compressor, and add a piercing valve available locally.
