Slow alternating spins ok, but no fast spin in any cycle/mode. Getting E58.

Followed tech sheet thru diagnostics and performed Test 8. Motor and drum spin freely. Motor pins 1-2, 2-3, 1-3 all between 3.9 -4.5. Pins 4-5 at 122. Drain sump and hoses clear. Pump seems fine. Changed motor controller - no fix. Changed door lock/switch - no fix.

Is there any way to test the main control board output and/or the level switch? I really don't want to just keep throwing parts at it.

Any suggestions for a next move? Thanks.

Update... I removed motor intending to replace it. Noticed a lot of black carbon dust on motor frame and underside of tub/cabinet. Usually, this indicates that motor brushes are wearing. Since I would need to wait on the new motor anyway, I tried an old trick... firmly tapped around the motor housing hoping to free and reseat the worn brushes, and also blew out most of the carbon dust with compressed air.

Reinstalled motor, and it spun up just like new!

Not sure which of my repairs/replacements was the actual fix. But, it is working again...for now.
