I purchased a used washer yesterday (not very old). Did my first load and when I went to get it out, there was paint flakes all over my towels and coming off of the drum. I called the lady and she said she did paint it with a oven grade enamel because the well water had stained the drum. What can I do to get the rest of the paint off without harming the washer? I'm afraid that if I keep running it, the paint will clog my pump or even something worse. Any help is appreciated!
