I just got a mini fridge, and after cleaning it out and leaving it plugged in for 48 hours, I thought it was working since I had heard the hum coming from it like it is supposed to. However, upon opening the door, the inside of the fridge is still just as hot as it was when I first plugged it in in both the fridge section and the freezer section of the mini fridge. I would just like to know how I can go about fixing this issue so I can use it.

Here are your parts
Parts for GE TAX2SNCABL Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

Very little info on it.

Check if the compressor is running.
You can usually hear it (re: your hum) but should also be able to feel it vibrating.
If it is running and there is not cooling then it is a sealed system problem.
This will be an expensive repair.
Unless it is under warranty it is not worth fixing.
