Hi,
My fridge started acting up a few weeks ago, with the following symptoms:
- The control display shuts off intermittenly, with a beeping sound, at couple seconds intervals. This happens with the door both open and closed.
- The compressor (or it looks like the compressor, might be a fan) seems to be running all the time.
- Once in a while - not frequent, seems to happen mostly in the evenings, maybe when the door is opened a lot - the freezer temperature would lower to -19 .. -22 (Celsius), and after that it comes back (I don't know how fast) to -16. Fridge temperature stays at +3 all the time. Other than that, it has been able to keep temperatures at -16 and +3, I've never seem them going higher.

From my readings, it seems to be either the display control board or the main control board.
What do you think is the cause? Is there any testing you can suggest I do to find out exactly which board it is?
Any insight would be very helpful and much appreciated.
Thanks a lot.

I have the same problem with my KitchenAid KSSC42QTS00. Did you fix your problem by replacing the control panel?
