Washer will not fill, although if you turn the load size knob to reset it will fill.

i have put the washer into service mode and found the error code led on soak. Any suggestions?

Take the front panel off the washer, disconnect the hose from the air chamber on the left side of the tub and clean the gunk out of it. Also clean out any gunk in the air dome by using a turkey baster with hot water to flush through the hose nipple. Be careful, don't break the hose nipple off.
