I am having a problem where the only light that lights up is sanitize. Just previous to this i could not change the load or wash option and when i hit start it would light up dry first and run through a really odd cycle. the unit is only 3 years old and i can not get it to run through diagnostics as described by the sheet in the kick panel. Thank for your help.

I cannot find any info using the given model number.

Problem is usually either the control panel (keypad) or the control board.

The normal way to trouble shoot this is to check the key outputs from the control panel using a meter.
The outputs are normally shown in the tech sheet.
If the keys check out OK then replace the control board first.
Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.

I am assuming that you have already removed power from the unit for a few minutes to see if it will reset.
