Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/13/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		Hello, My freezer is melting the items on the top shelves (we store bags of ice in it), and they are dripping down onto the items on the bottom shelf and re-freezing. The freezer is still running and I hear no unusual sounds. Any guidance you can offer is appreciated!

If it does not run then warm air will collect at the top of the unit.
