Hi, I hope someone can help. I have a Frigidaire side by side that the freezer side has stopped working, however the refridgerator section is fine. It seems to be making a clicking noise also now and then. Any ideas or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I do not want to insult you but the above is impossible as all cooling comes from the freezer.

Can you isolate where the clicking is coming from?

Are you getting any cooling at all in the freezer?
Is the evaporator/freezer fan running?
Is the condenser/compressor fan running?
Is the compressor running? You can usually hear it but also should be able to feel it vibrating.
If the compressor is running is it cycling like it should or is it on all the time or is it trying to start but cannot?
