I have an LG dishwasher, we had a tech come out to diagnose an OE error, they did not know how to remove dump pump to see what was happening, they really cranked on it to tray and lift it out. I did not hear anything break. I ended up replacing just the pump that attaches to the drain hose. After replacing the part we no longer get the OE error but during a wash cycle the dishwasher makes a loud whirring/rubbing sound. I am wondering if the tech caused this, as the dishwasher never made this sound before? If so what should be replaced to stop the sound.

FYI I don't hear the sound during a drain cycle.
