Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/27/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		Whirlpool Quiet Partner II with blinking "Drying" light and heating element not coming on. However, problem started with the 7x blinking "clean" light. Have checked heater element, hi limit thermostat, thermal fuse, and control board with multimeter. All were fine. Even replaced control board to no avail. There is clearly a burn/soot where the thermal fuse attaches to control board, but thermal fuse checks out ok. When I run diagnostic, all LEDs come on except "washing" light. Help! I'm at my wits end.
