I had a problem with KUCC151JBL0 compactor it would start and stop, start and stop very quickly. I tested the motor switch it was fused. I replaced the motor ass'y. Motor started and ran fine until ram reached bottom and it started aloud whining noise and won't stop until I turn the switch to off. When I turn it back on it starts and returns to top and stops. Does anyone have and idea?
