My microwave has now stopped working completely. The light on the inside is still on when I open the door. The clock still works. Fan and fan boost still work, surface light still works, everything seem to work except the actual process of the microwave turning on. For the past several months every time you open the door the fan has been on, so maybe the motor has just pooped out? Or is there something I should try to do first before I go buy another one. HELP!! Really don't want to spend $500-700 if all I need is a fuse.

Thanks so much.

Hi Connie,

I did not quite understand this part of your post "...everything seem to work except the actual process of the microwave turning on"

With the inside light coming on, you are clearly getting power to the microwave. I would need a little more information to understand the problem. Would another way to describe the problem is that it runs but does not cook ?
