My washer won't agitate. I replaced the motor and it still won't agitate. When I try turning the middle pulley from underneath, it will turn right to left but not left to right. Do I need new bearing kit or Transmission? Again, It will spin and drain but the motor will only hum during agitate mode. I appreciate your help.

Take the belt off and try rotating center pulley CW. If it won't go, check for clothing jammed under the agitator. If nothing found there, transmission is bad.

Unfortunately, it turns ccw and turns the transmission and agitator with it. If I turn the pulley up partially ccw and then turn the transmission clockwise while holding a little pressure against the pulley, they will all turn cw together. As soon as I try to turn just the pulley cw(while it's all spinning cw), the transmission locks. Still the expensive fix?

If there's nothing under the agitator jamming it, then yes, needs a new transmission.
