Rince & spin will work with cloths in.

Any other setting no water will go into the washer. A small arm near the water intake area will go back and forth clicking as is passes over roman numerals below it "under the top cover of course". After 2 - 3 minutes it will turn off. No error codes accompany this symptom. No flashing lights.

Most of the time it will work if no cloths are in.

I have:
Unplugged the washer.
Verifed hot/cold water intake lines are functional. Also, that the debree screens for each are not clogged up.
Cleaned the coin catcher near the exhaust water pump.
Verified no sensor cables are loose.
