I never use the smart dispense feature. Is it required to run a normal load?
The gasket on the dispenser pump (part #866) has deteriorated and fallen into the inside panel. I have unscrewed the panel to see what is going on inside there. Seems I have to buy the whole pump in order to fix it as I can not see a part number for just the gasket . Can that hole be plugged up and the smart dispense be disconnected from the wire harness? If it can be plugged up any thoughts on the best way to do it.

Thanks

John
