Machine goes through cycle, but clothes come out dripping wet. Door locks, it seems to rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise, but not at speed. Wax motor is black R11 not burned. tested spin cycle empty after putting jug of water in drum, put drain in bucket - turned on spin cycle and water rapidly pumped out water. But no spin. I did try changing out the inertia switch.
