As in title, the refrigerator section is just fine, but for the last month or two all food in freezer has been frozen solid (liquor freezing solid). Based on reading I believe it to be a problem with the freezer thermistor but I want to be sure there's not something else to check before buying this part.

Also, I have not been able to find instructions on exactly how to replace the thermistor on my model refrigerator, there are youtube videos covering other similar models but a specific guide would be nice.
