Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/16/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a Whirlpool G7CG3064 cooktop on which the control knobs cannot be pulled off. I cannot clean under the knob. The cooktop is new and has been installed about 3 months ago. I suspect that this is not a manufacturing defect, but an installation error (was installed by the builder of the house). Can anyone help me in correcting this problem without calling in a repairman?
