put in average size load
started filling with water-power on light on-then shuts down and no door locked light comes on
tried advancing to spin-will mot spin or do anything
if I hold my finger on the power button, the door lock will come on, but then the power on button goes off
about a minute later, the door locked button goes off
soppy clothes-no spin cycle that works
can still hear water sloshing-can turn drum by hand both ways and hear the water sloshing
is this something I can fix myself?
just got car fixed new rear whell bearings $520-can't afford an expensive appliance repairman-don't even know who to trust
help!!

This is a new and improved Neptune, and it is still a problem machine. I think your best option is to purchase a used top loader. It will do just as good a job for you, and if you get one without electronics it will be very reliable and if it needs to be fixed it is easy and relatively inexpensive.

In our area they sell for about $125.00 to $150.00
