I get brown streaks on some of the clothes coming out of the dryer. I have replaced the upper and lower felt seals a couple of times. I also replaced the rear bearing due to it being worn. If I run my fingers on the inside , the drum is sitting flush on the top felt seal, but continuing around and to the bottom seal, there seems to be a much larger gap. Could this be where the clothes are tumbling by and getting the brown stain or should I be looking elsewhere? I order my parts from applianceproparts and the lower ( white felt ) seal is visually thinner than the upper ( grey felt) seal . What is controlling this gap .

Here are your parts

Sounds like you are looking in the right place.
Problem is that you have already replaced the parts that usually cause this.
Perhaps the glide (item 24 in section 03) is badly worn.
If you click on it's picture a description a new page will open with more info.
There is a video on how to replace it which may help you.
Same applies to the felt seals.

Only other thing I can think of is a build up of fabric softener residue on the exhaust in the dryer but you should be able to see this.
