Had to keep putting cookies back in for two more minutes, etc. Finally bought an oven thermometer and sure enough, when the preheat thinks it is 450, it is really 350. But the. It will slowly keep climbing so it is completely unpredictable. I took off the bottom tray and it looked like the burners are working. So I'm not sure where to start! Any help is appreciated!
