I noticed that no steam was coming out when using the "refresh" cycles. I have confirmed that the supply hose is properly connected and ON. I removed the water nozel inside the drum and reinstalled. I removed the rear panel to the dryer to access the water valve assembly. I see a red and a black wire connected to the valve. If i remove the harness from the valve and check it with a meter, should i be reading some kind of voltage when I run a "refresh cycle" or place dryer in diagnostic mode and start it? Not sure if its the valve or control board. When I enter diagnostic mode I get a F70 and F28 code every time.
