My dishwasher runs fine except it doesn't dry the dishes. I don't think it's heating the water either. The element and fuse have continuity when I test them.

You seem to be missing the last digit in the model number so should pick one from the Matching Model Numbers section.

See the attachment for the tech sheet.
It applies to the TXB 1 , 2 and 3.

The heater strip circuit shows a bi-metal fuse in it. Looks like this is in the power line so if it was blown the unit would not run.

Remove power from the unit.
Check from P4-4 to P4-3 at the control board.
You should see the heater resistance.
If yes then you know that the heater, the high limit and the wires to them are OK so thye problem is on te control board.
