I've got a WHIRLPOOL clothes washer that agitates, but does not spin.

1) Lid switch was bypassed.
2) The 3 coupler components - which connect motor with transmission - are all in very good shape
3) Control panel does not have any knob for spin speed
4) Clutch assembly was replaced with a new one.
5) I saw it from the bottom in the spin cycle and I saw the coupler spinning at high speed, but the drum. I just heard the motor working.

Any idea what could cause the washer not to spin?

What is the clutch hub doing during spin? It should be rotating. If it is, look up into the brake hub and see if the basket drive is also rotating. You should see the large brake spring going around. If the clutch hub is not rotating, turn washer off for a few seconds and then back on again. If clutch hub still does not rotate, the transmission is bad.

Well, the clutch hub spins during spin cycle, but the basket drive does not. Could it be that the basket drive is not good or it needs to be repaired?

You need to pull the transmission and then grab and rotate the brake cam driver CCW. This should release the brakes and cause the basket to rotate. If that works ok, then the basket drive is ok. If the brakes release but won't rotate, there may be clothing between the tubs jamming the basket. If rotation is good, then there is some problem with the clutch. The clutch hub rotates, causing the clutch band within it to rotate. A tab on the clutch band engages the tab on the brake cam driver which operates the basket drive.
