My Front washer do a lot of noise when spinning and looks like unbalance... the inner-tub is not centered into the drum when i look door-opened. The inner-tub is down like its not supported. What is the problem ??? Can i access into the drum ??

Take the back and top off and see if the support struts are broken. Unfortunately there may be damage that you cannot see and you may want to try replacing them on speculation.

Also check the counter weight and make sure it has not come loose.

Given the age of the machine though it might be time to replace it. The rear bearing fails regularly on these models sooner than the length of time you have had yours.
