Estate gas dryer heating at first, then no heat.

At the beginning of the dry cycle, the dryer has heat. Then, 10 min or so into the cycle, the heat stops and the dryer keeps going. I see the igniter glowing, but no flame comes. I've tested all the sensors in the rear of the machine (thermal fuse-on the vent housing/exit side of drum near the fan, and two thermal fuse cut out sensors?-on the heat housing/prior to entering the drum) and all have continuity. there is one sensor that is next to the thermal fuse (next to blower fan) that has 4 wires connected to it that I have not tested...not sure how. I haven't checked gas valve solenoids or anything that requires tearing the whole machine apart yet...
I've seen a lot of questions about no heat, but can't find any about my specific situation. The closest I have come is info telling me that I may need to replace the coils (same as gas valve solenoids?) and that they can't necessarily be tested.
any advice, or do I need to post more information?
thanks in advance!
