Hello, I would extremely appreciate any help with instructions on how to enter the diagnostic menu on my Kenmore Elite HE5 Electric Dryer with steam. Model number 110.8772. The unit powers up no problem but the "Sensing/Revising est. Time light stays on. The clean lint tray light also comes on and goes off, but I beleive that is normal operation. I cleaned the lint strips and the door switches seem to be operating normally (light goes on/off when open and closed). I cannot find instructions anywhere on how to enter the diagnostic menu. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

I might be able to find you info but your model number is not complete.
Kenmore numbers are 3 digits, a period and then an additional 8 digits.

Sorry but still no luck.

Perhaps go to advanced search in the forum.
Then search for "elite"n the dryer section of Search in Forum(s)

You may be able to find some info in the posts that come up.

Thanks for trying. I searched through the forums and any possible posts I could find online but have come up with nothing. It is definitely a known model number. I have found a few older posts showing how to do it but the links to the pictures were dead.

Anyone else that may know how to enter the diagnostics?

Thanks in advance.. I really need to get this thing up and going.
