my side by side refrigerator it is cool in the freezer but it dosent want to freeze I put in a new relay switch and a thermostat sensor and it still does not freeze I wont to know if anybody could help me

I am not sure what parts you are referring to.
Could you look them up in the parts above and give me the section and item numbers.

Is the compressor running? You can usually hear it but should also be able to feel it vibrating.
If it is on, is it on all the time except when the unit goes into a defrost cycle?
Is the condenser/compressor fan running?
is the evaporator/freezer fan running?

If all three of the above are on then pull the cover at the back of the freezer section so you can inspect the coils.

If they are heavily ice/frosted over, it is probably a defrost problem.

If there is only frost in one area (usually where the freon enters the coils), it is probably a sealed system problem.
