The first indication there was a problem happened when the freezer fan became very loud. I took the cover off and there was so much ice built up that it was hitting the blades of the fan causing the noise. I figured it had been long enough that it needed a defrost.

The fridge seemed to be fine after that.

It has happened again however and the food in the upper fridge section is freezing as well.

Sensor gone?

Thanks,
Mark

The temperature display reads the freezer at 1 degree and the fridge at 2 (Celsius). Settings are -19 and 4.

I tried the diagnostic mode and in the 1st digit position (right) on the freezer side, the centre led bar is lit, which has no corresponding entry on the diagnosis chart.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
