Hi,
I have an almost 2 year old GE top load washer (model GHWN5250D0WS). I ran a load of whites Sunday evening and the washer worked fine. Last night I tried to run a load of colors. When I started the cycle it seemed like it was filling much slower than normal. A little while later it was filled and agitating. Later I noticed it was stopped. I assumed it was done but when I lifted the lid the fabric softener was still in its dispenser. I turned the machine off and back on and started the cycle over. I again notice it was filling very slowly. If I changed the cycle to whites the water filled normally. Set it back to colors and let it run. Later when it was done I opened the lid and the clothes were very wet like they didn't spin. Ran a spin/drain cycle so the clothes could go in the dryer.
So it seems like the slow fill is throwing the whole cycle timing off. What would cause this?
thanks,
Gary
