I have a Kenmore washer that will fill with water but then wont spin at all, and then will drain. The motor hums and I have opened the back and the belt is in great condition. I can manually turn it from the back and nothing is stuck. What can I check next? Thanks in advance!

There should be tech notes inside the lower service panel and they will tell you how to generate diagnostic codes. Focus on the speed control board and the door lock assembly, they are the weak points in these Electrolux made models.
